Strolling in the Rain

As the light of the delighted sun illuminated through the thick Grey clouds that soared high above the grounds within the lands Rain Country the winds blew gently from the East, Cherry Blossom petals gracefully floated to the ground as an eerie silence hung in the air. Within a quick flourish of the wind, some Cherry Blossom petals began to swirl around in a min-tornado, then before the old Cherry Blossom tree stood a young man. His short Grey hair slid spiked up in the front, but laying loosely toward the back of his head, a long black sheath strapped to his back, this almost nearly meaning this was a ninja of some sort. A Red hooded jacket placed underneath the man's black trench coat which hung to about his ankles, this occupying his upper region of his body, as the lower region being occupied with Deep Grey Jeans.

The man looked around the area, his Deep Grey eyes piercing the surroundings as if he was looking through and at each and every object within the lands. He turned his attention to his right arm, this Arm of his not being of normal stature, this being the result of experimentation gone wrong mixed with the Demonic powers of the Demon it's self. As he spread his demonic fingers a series of sparks emitting from them, quickly he clenched his hand into a fist, instantly his whole arm started to course with Electricity. A broad smile spread across his face, but it quickly vanished as he grabbed his arm with his left. An expression of pain now on his face, but as quickly as it came it vanished. The man giving out short gasps as he tried to gather air throughout his body, "Damn this arm, with the power it brings, it also brings pain. . ." Says the man trailing off as he leaned back against the tree, releasing his right arm.

The man closed his eyes, although this would be seen as a stupefying action within the Ninja world, but this ninja knowing this all to well, him allowing his chakra to flow at an increased rate to his Ears, Nose, and Hair amongst his body. This amplifying all of his other senses so that it painted a sort of picture within his mind of his surroundings. "Hmm, seems like people just cant stay within their homes to long. . .The man said in a low voice, speaking to himself, as it may have seemed. In his boredom the man sent a steady flow of electricity to his Demonic Arm, this causing them to heat to a very hot degree, the man then proceeded to carve the letters "S & B" into the bark of the young Cherry Blossom Tree.

As the rain started to pour around him the man grew irritated, his eyes flashed from a Deep Grey to an Indigo color, instantly the rain curved around his body, not touching it whatsoever. This was merely a sample of what this man could do, yet power wasn't the subject of today's visit within Amegakure. The man walked toward and through the gates of Amegakure, many villagers began looking at him in shock and awe as if he were a freak of some sort. He walked until he could walk no farther, he stood within the "Heart of the Villager". He looked around for a second or two then gave out a Sigh, "The Amekage should be arriving soon. . .".

A short disturbance in the Amekage's rain was made, but it quickly disappeared. It wasn't normal for someone to just walk into a village and leave, so Jade decided that she would personally check on this situation. It was a beautiful day outside, and getting some fresh air would be nice for once. So, she left one of her Anbu to protect her office, and all of her secret files. Although she already had them hidden pretty well, she decided extra protection would be good as well. Without even throwing on a coat, Jade walked out of her office. She only had on a purple tube top with short sleeves, and some black shorts with fishnets going down her legs. Weird clothing for this type of weather, but the rain didn't seem to bother her at all. Their was no effect of coldness, or shivering at all that came to her. It was like walking through a regular sunny day.

Jade stepped out of the village and began to walk through the village. She took this time to do a little sightseeing of her village. She got a couple of 'Hey's and 'Hello Amekage' from most of the villagers. She was widely respected throughout her village, but she mostly just did what was necessary for her village to thrive. She didn't feel that she needed any extra respect or things like that. But, it was nice to feel the love from the people who she would risk her life to protect. It was her duty and she was ready to fulfill it no matter what happened to her own self. Even though you couldn't tell by just looking at her, it was the type of person that she was.

Jade reached the middle of the village, or 'The Heart of The Village'. There she noticed a familiar face standing there in the middle of the village. The villagers were looking at this guy strangely, they knew he didn't belong to this village. It was the Raikage himself, but why would he be here. It wasn't often that you see a kage leave their office, and travel to a whole other country. Jade walked closer to the man, until she was only 15 feet away from the man. "Raikage. What's the reason of your visit?" She noticed the rain wasn't even touching him. He must not have enjoyed the rain as much as the villagers and herself did.

As all Sensor Ninja, Setoshi could feel the presence of all beings that Chakra flowed through, one particular level of Chakra seemed to be taking it's time to reach the area in which Setoshi stood in. He recognized it within seconds, this was the Chakra running from within the Amekage. A meeting from the past was all it took for Setoshi to memorize Chakra Levels and varieties, his abilities as a Sensor Ninja where at it's peak and nothing seemed out of his range of sensing. As the villager stared at him, Setoshi grew even more irritated, his eyes seemed to blur then their entire form changed. Instead of the Indigo color they now had a Tree Bark Brown color to them, A thick pain of Glass made a Dome around him, only being allowed to see out of it. "Hmm, Now they can only see a reflection of themselves. . . ", Setoshi said, his voice bouncing off the glass walls and radiating toward him.

He steadily tracked the Chakra signature and knew it wasn't going to reach him for a couple of minutes, within his inner ear a voice echoed throughout his mind: "It's time for a meeting, Setoshi. . .". Instantly Setoshi was plunged into Darkness, nothing was seen until a light shone down on him. Three heads appeared above his own. Unlike them Setoshi's body was present, they on the other hand where just floating in mid air. Each head looked like Setoshi's own, but each seemed slightly different. As the eyes of each head stared down at him Setoshi remained calm, "Whom do I owe the pleasure for pulling me out of my daily life?" Setoshi said rather loudly toward the heads. "This one was called by all of us, we have important matters to speak to you from which can't be ignored", Said all three Heads at once. Setoshi maneuvered his body into a sitting position, he now seemed to be floating on darkness. "Explain . . ." He said, his voice trailing off into the darkness. "That pet of yours is becoming restless . . . We can't suppress him much longer . . . You will soon need to release some of it's powers." The heads said, there voices barking loud in the darkness. Setoshi closed his eyes, he knew the Amekage was growing nearer and nearer to the glass dome he had created, he didn't want her to think it was a form of an attack. "Is that all, is the meeting over ?" Each head looked at the next, then a bright flash covered Setoshi's body.

Setoshi's mind was moved into the real world once more, he looked around then closed his eyes, "Damn, there rude . . . She's almost here". His eyes flashed open, the Glass dome that was once around him now shattered, each piece began to hoover in mid-air. Some of the villagers grew scared, but was they where frozen in place, Setoshi just shook his head. He held his right hand up to the glass, his fingers outspread and the glass pointing at him, then he clutched his hand into a fist, all of the glass pieces turned into very fine glass particles, that couldn't even pierce the skin. All of it falling to the floor. Setoshi looked around and spotted the Amekage, a small grin flashed across his face as he watched her walk a few feet up to him.

"Hello Amekage . . .", Setoshi says trying not to sound as bored as he was. "I'm here to see you . . . If I'm not permitted here then I will leave. . .", Setoshi says while giving a slight bow to her, his messy gray hair shadowing his face.

The Raikage greeted her with some generous hospitality, but he still seemed a little bit shady. But, a lot of the kages had a reason to be shady, but she was pretty interested in his. What was it that he wanted to talk about, she should probably give him a chance to speak. Jade noticed that the villagers were staring at him funny, and he seemed not to like it. "Follow me, and don't worry about them."

Jade turned her back to him and started walking towards the Amekage mansion, so they could talk in private. It was a good idea for her to start some small talk. That way they wouldn't be silent the whole way to the mansion. Awkward silence was the worst type of silence. "They aren't use to having many visitors here. If their are visitors, they turn out to be rouge ninja. We have to take extreme precautions to ensure the safety of this village. They just aren't sure if you are a threat or a friend. You understand, right?" She had a serious face on, and they were almost at the mansion.

Jade felt a disturbance in her rain, it was a different person who didn't belong to her village. She figured that she wouldn't make a big deal out of it until she got closer, maybe Raikage might even catch on to him soon. She just listened as he spoke about her village people, comparing them to newborn babies. Well, the village was fairly new, so that was a good assumption to make. Plus, she thought of her villagers and ninja as her little babies. It may seem soft to some, but she was willing to sacrifice her life for anyone of them.

Setoshi apparently was examining her beauty from behind, because he mentioned it on their little walk. He was asking her how did she become the Amekage. It was a question that pondered on her mind for the longest of times. The whole Kage thing was new to this world, and it was an honor to be the first ever Amekage. But, why exactly was she chosen to be the Amekage. "It's a question that ponders my mind for all the time. People say that the Kages have to be the strongest of their village, but I think otherwise. I believe that the Kages need to be the most levelheaded and calm ninjas in the village. They have to be able to make tough decisions and sacrifice their life for their village. I am able to do all of those things, that is why I became the Amekage."

They had arrived at the entrance of the Amekage mansion, when the Raikage called the hidden guy out. Apparently, he knew he was their the whole time. Jade didn't know that he was a Sensor ninja, and a very good one at that. She slowly turned to see who this guy was. She wasn't able to see who he was, since he was hiding. But, he was about to be forced to have to come out. So, she just stood there and waited for the guy to reveal himself.

As the time flew by Kichiro quietly kept eavesdropping on the conversation between the two unknown shinobis. Then suddenly the man with the white hair, cached Kichiro's from ridding. The man yelled out in a firm tone, for the boy to come out from hiding. The boy hidden behind the tree, gulped a large breath before revealing himself. Kichiro walked from behind the tree, and revealed himself to the man and women. Kichiro stood 10 feet away from the two shinobis, then in came a gust of wind that brushed against the three ninjas in the area.

To cut the awkward silence, Kichiro begin to speak towards the folks. "Wow lady. Nice fun bags you got there...." The young boys eyes just starred at the older ladies chest, Kichiro wasn't even acknowledge the man standing next to the women.Kichiro had a jokerster side to him, even looking at him you could tell by the slightest thought.

As Setoshi listened to the boy speak he was already analyzing extensive details about him, from the slightest movement to the annoying games that he was trying to play. When he spoke of the Amekage's breast Setoshi smirked, not because the statement was fun and or real, but because he couldn't imagine how a the leader of a village could be so ridiculously rude to another person of power.

Setoshi looked toward Jade, "Is this the type of people that make up the Hidden Rain Village's population?" Setoshi says jokingly at first, but becoming more serious toward the end. He cracked his neck a little as his right arm changed it's features, no longer was it tanned and muscular like his left, but now it was a dark Reddish Brown color. It's natural shape had become bulkier and where his elbow should have been now had the appearance of a long dagger.

Setoshi made a slow fist as the two thick veins, running down his arm, lit a yellowish glow. As he released the fist sparks emitted from the ends of his finger tips, these where the type of sparks created by an electical power source instead of a one from a fire. Setoshi looked down at his arm then up at the boy with a devilish grin,"So is your true form going to emerge or will I have to make a withdrawl?" Setoshi said in a voice unlike his own.

Jade looked at the boy as he revealed himself. He fit the description of the Otokage, but she wasn't sure it was him. When he let out the funbags comment, she was shocked. Her jaw almost dropped to the ground, as she noticed him just looking at her. She folded her arms to cover up her breast, that he seemed to be referring to as 'Funbags'. Was this really a kage who was acting so childish. She had thought that most of the kages were grown up, not childish and immature. Jade gave him a small and quick glare before returning to her regular gaze.

The Amekage turned her head towards Setoshi, who had just made a comment. He said something about are these the type of people who make up her village. It had seemed like it was a joke, but it definitely wasn't funny to her. The people in her village showed her great respect, and would never make such a comment to her like that. "This is surprisingly the Otokage." She had almost a look of disgust on her face, still thinking about his earlier comment. What a pervert!

Jade looked shocked when Setoshi began to speak again, his voice was... different. It was scary, even to the Amekage, although she hid her expression of fear. But, what was he talking about? True Form? Was the Otokage standing in front of them, or what? It had her in a loop of questions that she kept asking herself. What exactly was going on here, and what was Setoshi talking about a True Form.

While, the young boy was simultaneously starring at the chest of the blonde women, the white harried Kage begin to start a series of maneuvers on his arm. Kichiro attention quickly went over to the white haired shinobi, his arm spurred into a yellowish glow. The man looked over into Kichiro's direction with a sinister grin towards him. Then the man asked Kichiro, when his true power was going to emerge or some sort. Kichiro thought maybe that was a real question or a just a rhetorical one.

The savage boy, just simply shrugged his shoulders to acknowledge the man's recent question.Then a split thought came rushing in the little comedian's head. "Did this guy say he was gonna make a withdrawal? Last time I checked, withdraws meant something about ejaculation of the ding dong" Kichiro covered his mouth before giving a little snickers over about his tiny joke. "Well if you make a withdrawal. Please don't cum on me... If that's what you meant about withdrawal." Kichiro gave a arrogant smirk towards the two different Kages, while slightly chuckling.
