While your on this site you may learn any jutsu, but has to be threw a rp Training with the correct amount words. Only reason this is going to be they way it is because to me rank doesn't matter because if a Genin has more skills then a jounin then he can be beat....so im making it so that when wars come everyone will get to fight because rank doesn't really matter everyone on here is going to be strong as hell.

A-Rank jutsu- Six Paragraphs
B-Rank jutsu- Five Paragraphs
C-Rank jutsu- Four Paragraphs
D-Rank jutsu- Two Full Paragraphs
E-Rank jutsu- Auto learn
