-Eclipse Empire ~ The Holy Eclipse Empire is a union of territories in Central {Konpagakure no sato ~ Land of Ice} during these times and the Early Modern period under a Eclipse Emperor. They are beseeching, by their name Eclipsed Shadow, giving them the blood thirst demeanor they are know for today. They collect taxes on the Shinobi Government, and soldiers are found throughout Ninja Villages. They are not to be approached and are above the law. They allow the ninja process to go on, only for every ninja to pay respect to the higher ups and lower classes in the Empire. Their leader is mad with the presumption of stories told throughout his days, he commands his Holy army in battle an finds pleasure in killing the innocent. Their one goal is world domination, but they are at war with the PeaceKeepers who help the villages in there time of need.

Ounce each ring is joined together, the seal placed on each ring is broken and the Bijuu are ounce agin released into the world. There destructive power will ounce again destroy the world. Eclipse Empire discovers this a few years back, and wants to use this power to get revenge on Konhagakure. The Bijuu's power can be controlled by and Uchiha, the only way of stopping the Bijuu ounce its under an Uchiha control is by using Tenraigan. Tenraigan is a doujutsu which is performed by Kumori Clansmen. There dark natures abilities are the only known threat to the Uchiha.

*The Keeper's Hidden Power*
The Keeper's power is triggered by emontions, like Naruto Uzumaki. Unlike Naruto, the user has full control and is able to summon the power at will. Yet ounce the power has reached its peak, The Keeper's body is taken over by the power. In an unconscious state he will cause destruction. When in the state an aura is formed around the user, symbolic to their Bijuu attributes. The more emotions and anger felt the dark the aura gets.
